CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-95-259
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, APPOINTING TWO (2) REGULAR
AND ONE (1) ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of appointing two (2) regular members
and one (1) alternate member to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The foregoing "Whereas" clause is hereby ratified and confirmed as
being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution.
SECTION That pursuant to Section 24-37 of the Code, the following persons are
HEREBY APPOINTED as regular members of the Board of Adjustment for terms to expire
July 16, 1998, or until such time as reappointments are made:
William Goldworn
Joseph Lubin
SECTION 3: That pursuant to Section 24-37 of the Code, the following person is
HEREBY APPOINTED as a regular member of the Board of Adjustment to fulfill an
unexpired term to July 16, 1996, or until such time as reappointments are made:
Abe Rabinowitz

SEQUIN 4: That the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as alternate
members of the Board of Adjustment for terms to expire July 16, 1996, or until such time
as reappointments are made:
No alternate members were appointed.
SECTION 5: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 6: If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is
held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this
Resolution.
SECTION 7: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
