CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-95-,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO RELEASE A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,950.00,
POSTED FOR STREET REPAIR OF N.W. 70TH AVENUE
BETWEEN N.W. 73RD STREET AND N.W. 74TH PLACE;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY• AND PR VI ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Forsythe Colony Maintenance Association has posted a Cash
Performance Bond in the amount of $1,950.00 for the repair of N.W. 70th Avenue, between
73rd Street and N.W. 74th Place; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Public Works Director and the City
Engineer that the Performance Bond be released.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida deems it to be in
the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City of Tamarac to release this Cash
Performance Bond in the amount of $1,950.00 posted for street repair. The repairs have
been inspected and found acceptable by the Public Works/Engineering Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Performance Bond posted by Forsythe Colony
Maintenance Association, in the amount of $1,950.00 for street repair of N.W. 70th Avenue
between N.W. 73rd Street and 74th Place is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to execute
this Resolution for the release of a Cash Performance Bond in the amount of $1,950.00
posted for street repairs.

SECTION 3: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is
held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion or applications of this
Resolution.
SECTION 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
