CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-95-ep" I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, APPROVING RENEWAL
OF A MODEL SALES PERMIT AND 150-FOOT DISTANCE
WAIVER FOR ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF
OCCUPANCY FOR THE PLUM BAY/PLUM HARBOR
PROJECT LOCATED IN LAND SECTION 8, EAST OF
NOB HILL ROAD AND NORTH OF COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, Article VI of Chapter 24 of the City Code provides for
approval and renewal of temporary use model sales and administrative facilities and
distance waivers for six-month periods; and
WHEREAS, the model sales permit and 150-foot distance waiver for
issuance of certificates of occupancy for the Plum Bay/Plum Harbor project located
in Land Section 8, east of Nab Hill Road and north of Commercial Boulevard,
Tamarac, is due to expire on May 10, 1995 and appropriate fees have been paid;
and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City of
Tamarac to renew this model sales permit and distance waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified
and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this
Resolution.
SECTION 2: That the City Commission hereby approves the renewal
of the model sales permit and distance waiver for the Plum Bay/Plum Harbor
project located in Land Section 8, east of Nob Hill Road and north of Commercial
Boulevard, Tamarac, for a six-month period from May 10, 1995 to November 10,
1995.
SECTION 3: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: If any clause, section, other part or application of this
Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or
invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
or applications of this Resolution.
SECTION 55: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
