R-95-(7q A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, APPROVING RENEWAL OF A MODEL SALES PERMIT AND 300-FOOT DISTANCE WAIVER FOR ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE BROOKSIDE COVE (MCNAB ROAD SUBDIVISION) PROJECT LOCATED AT 6675- 6685 NW 69 COURT, TAMARAC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. _ WHEREAS, Article VI of Chapter 24 of the City Code provides for approval and renewal of temporary use model sales and administrative facilities and distance waivers for six-month periods; and WHEREAS, the model sales permit and 300-foot distance waiver for issuance of certificates of occupancy for the Brookside Cove (McNab Road Subdivision) project located at 6675-6685 NW 69 Court, Tamarac, is due to expire on August 23, 1995 and appropriate fees have been paid; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk recommends approval; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City of Tamarac to renew this model sales permit and distance waiver. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: Temp. Reso. #7067 - 5/1 /95 it 1 SECTION 1: The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution. SECTION 2: That the City Commission hereby approves the renewal of the model sales permit and distance waiver for the Brookside Cove (McNab Road Subdivision) project located at 6675-6685 NW 69 Court, Tamarac, for a six- month period from August 23, 1995 to February 23, 1996. SECTION 3: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SE_ CTIO 44: If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.
