Associates for the Hidden Harbour Apartment project, as described in Exhibits 1 & 2, attached. SEQTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute said corrective quit claim deeds on behalf of the City. SECTION-3-1 That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said corrective quit claim deed in the records of Broward County, Florida. 1 1 TEMP.
