R-944O.-'�5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TWO CORRECTIVE QUIT CLAIM DEEDS OFFERED BY J.B.E. ASSOCIATES FOR THE HIDDEN HARBOUR APARTMENT PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, 20=873 SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves and accepts the two (2) corrective quit claim deeds for a lake by J.B.E. Associates for the Hidden Harbour Apartment project, as described in Exhibits 1 & 2, attached. SEQTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute said corrective quit claim deeds on behalf of the City. SECTION-3-1 That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said corrective quit claim deed in the records of Broward County, Florida. 1 1 TEMP. RESO. 6740 SECTION 4: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECIION 5: If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.
