CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94-128
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC APPOINTING SEVEN (7) MEMBERS TO THE
ANNEXATION COMMITTEE; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EEEECTIVE DATE ___
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing seven
members to the Annexation Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTI,QN1 The foregoing "WHEREAS" clause is hereby ratified
and confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby made a specific
part of this Resolution.
.,ECTION 2: That pursuant to Section 2-234.12 of the Code, the
following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as members of the Annexation
Committee for terms to expire June 20, 1995:
Seymour Bauer
Jerome Fordin
Jo Wright
M. "Mike" Chaikin Nathan Feder, P.E.
Bruce Hoffman Mary Jane Redfield
SECTION am All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

SECTION 4: If any clause, section, other part or application of this
Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
unconstitutional or invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this
Resolution.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of June,1994.
