CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94-129
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC APPOINTING THREE (3) MEMBERS TO THE
CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD FOR TERMS TO EXPIRE
JUNE 25, 1997; APPOINTING ONE (1) MEMBER TO THE
CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD FOR THE REMAINDER OF
AN UNEXPIRED TERM TO EXPIRE JUNE 25, 1995;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing members to
the Code Enforcement Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clause is hereby ratified
and confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby made a specific
part of this Resolution.
ECTION 2: That pursuant to Section 162.05, F.S., the following
persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as members of the Code Enforcement
Board for terms to expire June 25, 1997:
Doug De Vos Edward H. Rockwell, Jr. Jim Moore
SECT_jON 3: That Abe Rabinowitz is hereby appointed as a member
of the Code Enforcement Board for the remainder of an unexpired term
to expire June 25, 1995.

SECTION 4: 1 That pursuant to Section 162.05(4), F.S. the members
of the Code Enforcement Board shall elect a Chairperson, who shall be a
voting member, from among the members of the board.
All resolutions or part of resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTIQ .6: If any clause, section, other part or application of this
Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
unconstitutional or invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this
Resolution.
SECTION -7; This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of June,1994.
