CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94-134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC APPOINTING TWO (2) REGULAR AND TWO
(2) ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing regular and
alternate members to the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clause is hereby ratified
and confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby made a specific
part of this Resolution.
SECTION 2: That pursuant to Section 24-61 of the Code, the
following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as regular members of the
Planning Commission for terms to expire April 15, 1997:
Anthony Silvestri Joe Stokvis
• That the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as
alternate members of the Planning Commission for terms to expire
April 15, 1995:
William B. Sherman Dr. Alfred Wald

SECTION 4: All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5; If any clause, section, other part or application of this
Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
unconstitutional or invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this
Resolution.
SECTION 6: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of June,1994.
