CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94- /3 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA: AUTHORIZING THE PERSONNEL
DIRECTOR TO ATTEND THE CERTIFIED PUBLIC
MANAGEMENT COURSE, LEVEL 3, IN COCOA BEACH,
FLORIDA ON AUGUST 16-19, 1994; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY ; AND
PBQVIDING FOR AN EFFECIIVE
WHEREAS,
the
City
Council of the
City
of
Tamarac, Florida
deems it to be
in
the
best interests
of
the
employees and
Administration of the City of Tamarac to authorize continuing
education for the Personnel Director of the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Certified Public Management Course, Level 3 is
in Cocoa Beach, Florida on August 16-19, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has requested permission to
attent at a total cost estimated to be $895.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC. FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the foregoing "WHEREAS" clause is
hereby ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby
made a specific part of this Resolution.

SECTION 2: The Personnel Director is hereby authorized
to attend the Certified Public Management Course, Level 3, in Cocoa
Beach, Florida, on August 16 - 19, 1994.
SEQTION 3: All resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
CTIO 4: If any clause, section, other part or
application of this Resolution is held by any court of competent
jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or application,
it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or
applications of this Resolution
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
