CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94- _
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT PARK PLACE
THERAPEUTIC CENTER II; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVFDATE1,,,,,,,,_
WHEREAS, Park Place Therapeutic Center, Ltd. II, as
Principal, with Nations Bank, as Surety, has filed with the
City performance Letter of Credit No. SM-34684-093 in the
amount $27,701.50 to guarantee public improvements at Park
Place Therapeutic Center II; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said performance bond upon receipt of
a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $6,925.37.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SF',CTION 1: That the performance Letter of Credit No.
SM-34684--093 posted by Park Place Therapeutic Center, Ltd.
II, as Principal, with Nations Bank, as Surety, in the amount
of $27,701.50 for public improvements at Park Place
Therapeutic Center II is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $6,925.37.
SECTION 2: All resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 3: If any clause, section, other part or
application of this Resolution is held by any court of
competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in
part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
