CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94�
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, RELEASING
WARRANTY BOND NO. 05948783, POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT GREATER MIAMI
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND PENINSULAR FEDERAL
(INTERCONTINENTAL BANK AND LOAN) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $12,606.25; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Intercontinental Bank as Principal, has filed with
the City Warranty Bond No.05948783 in the amount of $12,606.25 to
guarantee public improvements at N.W. 64th Avenue and N.W. 57th
Street;, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
Warranty Bond.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida
deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens and
residents of the City of Tamarac to release this Warranty Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clause is hereby
ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby a
specific part of this resolution.

Section 2: That Warranty Bond No. 05948783 posted by
Intercontinental Bank, as Principal in the amount of $12,606.25
for public improvements at N.W. 64th Avenue and N.W. 57th Street
is HEREBY RELEASED.
Section 3: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in 2
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conf lict.
Section 4: If any clause, section, other part or
application of this Resolution is held by any court of competent
jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions or applications of this Resolution.
Section 5: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
