RESOLUTION NO. R-94-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM PARK PLACE
THERAPEUTIC CENTER FOR THE WATER DIS-
TRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE
PARK PLACE THERAPEUTIC CENTER II; AND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTI,OU 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Park Place Therapeutic Center, II, for the water distribution
system improvements (a water main and two (2) fire hydrants) for
the Park Place Therapeutic Center II, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized an
directed to record said document in the public records of Browar
County, Florida.
SECTION • This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
