CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94- 267
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO ACCEPT AND
EXECUTE ADDENDUM NO, 94-06 TO THE ENGINEERING
AGREEMENT WITH HAZEN AND SAWYER FOR THE
PREPARATION OF THE TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST
ANNUAL REPORT OF WATER AND WASTEWATER
SYSTEM FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida deems it to be
in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City of Tamarac to accept and
execute Addendum No. 94-06 to the Engineering Agreement with Hazen and Sawyer
for the preparation of the Tamarac Utilities West Annual Report of Water and
Wastewater System for Fiscal Year 1993; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Utilities Director that Addendum No.
94-06 for the preparation of the Tamarac Utilities West Annual Report for the Water and
Wastewater System for Fiscal Year 1993 between the City of Tamarac and Hazen and
Sawyer be approved and executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this
resolution.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to

accept and execute Addendum No. 94-06 (attached hereto as Exhibit A) with Hazen
and Sawyer, Inc. for the preparation of the Tamarac Utilities West Annual Report of
Water and Wastewater System for Fiscal Year 1993, for an amount not to exceed
$8,500.00 to be funded from Account No. 425-371-536-318, entitled Engineering
Services.
SECTION 3: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: If any clause, section, other part or application of this
Resolution is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or
invalid, in part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion or
applications of this Resolution.
SECTION_; This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
