CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION R--94- -� 7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN CODE REQUESTED BY ATLAS MAINTENANCE
AND ROOFING CORPORATION FOR ONE SIGN ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF THEIR BUILDING LOCATED
AT 5001-5007 N.W. 37 AVENUE, TAMARAC;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
P-FPFCTTVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Atlas Maintenance and Roofing Corporation has
requested a waiver from Code Chapter 18 governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Chief building Official reviewed said
waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTT(,lNI _ That the waiver to the Sign Code Chapter 18
requested by Atlas Maintenance and Roofing Corporation for
one sign on the South Side of their building at 5001-5007
N.W. 37 Avenue, Tamarac, split up 18" and 2011, which
measures a total of thirty (30) inches, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2_ Conditions of approval:
Subject to issuance of permit and payment of double fee.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION -,LL All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
If any clause, section, other part or
application of this Resolution is held by any court of
competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in
part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.
