CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94- o2- 7a
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING DATA ENTRY OPERATOR,
ROBIN KESSLER TO ATTEND THE SEVENTH
ANNUAL STATE CONFERENCE FOR
FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF OCCUPATIONAL
LICENSING OFFICIALS (FAOLO), TO BE
HELD IN ORLANDO, FLORIDA ON JANUARY
18-20, 1995; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida deems it to be in
the best interest of the City of Tamarac to authorize training in occupational licensing for
Robin Kessler, Data Entry Operator ; and
WHEREAS, this seminar training will complete the forty hours (40) necessary for
Robin Kessler, Data Entry Operator to attain her certification; and
WHEREAS, the Florida Association of Licensing Officials (FAOLO) conference this
year is being held in Orlando, Florida from January 18 through January 20, 1994; and
WHEREAS, Robin Kessler, Data Entry Operator has requested permission to
attend; and
WHEREAS, the total cost for attending the FAOLO Conference is estimated to be
Three Hundred Ninety ($390.00) Dollars; and
WHEREAS, the cost of this conference was incorporated and approved in FY/95

WHEREAS, the Community Development Director hereby recommends approval;
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida deems it to be in
the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City of Tamarac to authorize approval
of this request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby made a specific part of this Resolution.
SECTION 2: Data Entry Operator, Robin Kessler is authorized to attend the
Florida Association of Occupational Licensing Officials (FAOLO) Conference in Orlando,
Florida.
SECTION 3: All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4 If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution
is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this
Resolution.
