CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94- e:12,F
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY WOODLANDS COUNTRY CLUB FOR STREET
CUTS ACROSS MULBERRY DRIVE FOR WATER SERVICE
TO THE WOODLANDS COUNTRY CLUB; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFE TTVE DATE,.
WHEREAS, Woodlands Country Club has filed with the
City a cash performance Bond in the amount of $1, 500 . 00 to
guarantee street cuts across Mulberry Drive for water service
to the Woodlands Country Club pursuant to Section 20-47 of
the City Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found
that the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said cash performance Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash performance Bond
posted by Woodlands Country Club in the amount of $1,500.00
for street cuts across Mulberry Drive for water service to
the Woodlands Country Club is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: All resolutions or parts of
resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: If any clause, section, other part
or application of this Resolution is held by any court of
competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in
part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.
2ECTION 4: That the appropriate City officials
are hereby authorized to execute any and all contract
documents in connection with the awarding of the bid.

SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon adoption. Aj
