CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94-�_
A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO (2) CASH
PERFORMANCE BONDS POSTED FOR THREE (3) STREET:
CUTS AT 4107 NORTHWEST 49 DRIVE AND 4808
NORTHWEST 44 AVENUE FOR IRRIGATION REPAIRS BY
MAINLANDS 1 AND 2; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,:,
WHEREAS, Mainlands 1 and 2 filed with the City two (2)
cash performance Bonds in the amounts of $2,500.00 and
$4,200.00 for three (3) street cuts at 4107 Northwest 49 Drive
and 4808 Northwest 44 Avenue for irrigation repairs; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash performance Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That cash performance Bonds posted by
Mainlands 1 and 2 in the amounts of $2,500.00 and $4,200.00 for
three (3) street cuts at 4107 Northwest 49 Drive and 4808
Northwest 44 Avenue for irrigation repairs are HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: All resolutions or parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECT,IQN 3: If any clause, section, other part or
application of this Resolution is held by any court of
competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in
part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
