CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94- &5-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES
FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT SUN BANK/SOUTH FLORIDA ,
N.A.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens
and residents of the City of Tamarac to authorize signatures
for Bank Accounts at Sun Bank/South Florida, N.A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the foregoing "WHEREAS"
clause is hereby ratified and confirmed as being true and
correct and is hereby made a specific part of this Resolution.
SECTION 2: That Sun Bank/South Florida, N.A.
is hereby directed to accept the facsimile signature of the
following officials:
H. L. Beader, Mayor
and
Robert-S. Noe, Jr., C,ityMaLager
for the following accounts:
&CCOUNT ACCOUNT NUMBER
Concentration Account 0407-006549866
Accounts Payable 0407-006549877
Payroll 0407-006549888

SECTION 3: In the event the facsimile
signature is not available, the bank is hereby directed to
accept any two (2) of the following written signatures:
H. L. Bender, Mayor
or
Irving Katz, Vice Mayor
and
Robert S. Noe, Jr., City Manager
or
Dina M. McDermott, Assistant City Manager
SECTION 4: That copies of this Resolution be
supplied to the proper officials of Sun Bank/South Florida,
N.A.
SECTION 5_,,, All resolutions or parts of
resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
If any clause, section, other part
or application of this Resolution is held by any court of
competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in
part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.
SECTION 7: This Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon adoption.
