CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-94- 63
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR GOULD
SOUTH; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFIECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the
City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac
has reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for
approval, adoption and execution of said plat by the City of
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and has
made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat
by the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving
said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning
Commission and the City Engineer, the plat submitted for
approval, the same being Gould South; is
HEREBY APPROVED.
LECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute said plat.
SECTION 1 That the Development Review requirements of
the Broward County Land Use Plan appear to have been
satisfied.
SECTION,._4: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECIIQN If any clause, section, other part or
application of this Resolution is held by any court of
competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in
part or application, it shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.

SECTION 6: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption. 4-1
