CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--94-�
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID TO RELOCATE THE
EXISTING WEIR AND EXTEND THE DRIVEWAY AT
THE WATER PLANT; PROJECT NO. 93-03; BID NO.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward
County, Florida, on Wednesday, October 20, 1993 and Wednesday,
October 27, 1993; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on November 8, 1993; and
WHEREAS, United Underground Contractor Corporation is the
lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTTON 1, That the bid of United Underground Contractor
Corporation in the amount of $31,987.00 for Items 1 through 19
to relocate the existing weir and extending the driveway at the
Water Plant located at 7503 NW 61 Street, is HEREBY APPROVED.
That the funds are to come from Account No.
425-363-533-6HK, entitled "Modifications and Extensions".
SECTION �* This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
