AWARDING OF THE BID; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
ADM-PROVIDTNr- N EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward
County, Florida, on Sunday, April 17, 1994, and Sunday, April 24,
1994; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Thursday, May 5, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the following are the bidders and their bids:
TLC Diversified, Inc. - $165,251.00; Trio Development Corporatior
- $236,000.00; and
WHEREAS, TLC Diversified, Inc. is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens and
residents of the City of Tamarac to award this bid pursuant to
staff's recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
section 1: That the bid of TLC Diversified, Inc., in the
amount of $165,251.00 for Project No. 93-29, Bid No. 94-07 Pump
Stations #16 and #17 Rehabilitation is HEREBY APPROVED.
section 2e That the funding is to come from Account
#425-367-535-6PA entitled Sewer Pump Station Rehab. is HEREBY
APPROVED to fund this project.
5ectiola 3: That the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to execute any and all contract documents in
connection with the awarding of the bid.

Section 4: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict,

application of this Resolution is held by any court of competent

portions or applications of this Resolution.
