R-94 t? l A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA AWARDING A BID FOR PROJECT 93- 29, PUMP STATIONS #16 AND #17 REHABILITATION, BID NO. 94-07; APPROVING FUNDING TO COME FROM ACCOUNT NO. 425- 367-535-6PA "SEWER PUMP STATION REHAB;' - AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH AWARDING OF THE BID; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; ADM-PROVIDTNr- N EFFECTIVE DATE, WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County, Florida, on Sunday, April 17, 1994, and Sunday, April 24, 1994; and WHEREAS, bids were opened on Thursday, May 5, 1994; and WHEREAS, the following are the bidders and their bids: TLC Diversified, Inc. - $165,251.00; Trio Development Corporatior - $236,000.00; and WHEREAS, TLC Diversified, Inc. is the lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City of Tamarac to award this bid pursuant to staff's recommendations.
