CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93--10--tp
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR
KINGS POINT REPLAT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the
r
ity of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac
has reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for approval,
6doption and execution of said plat by the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and
has made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat by
the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approv-
ing said plat.
t(OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning
oimniss:ion and the City Engineer, the plat submitted for approval,
22 he same being Kings Point Replat is HEREBY APPROVED.
22 SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
23 authorized and instructed to execute said plat.
24 SECTION 3: That the Development Review requirements of
25 the B:roward County Land Use Plan appear to have been satisfied.
26 SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
27 immediately upon adoption.
