A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A MAJOR DELEGATION REQUEST BY
LENNAR HOMES, INC., TO EXTEND THE INTERIOR
• .LOT LINES TO THE EXTERIOR PROPERTY LINES FOR
THE LOMBARDY REPLAT LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF NOB HILL ROAD AND NORTHWEST 80
STREET; PETITION NO. 30-P-93; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a request has been made by Lennar Homes, Inc.,
to extend the interior lot .lines to the exterior property
lines for the Lombardy Replat located on the northwest corner
of Nob Hill Road and Northwest 80 Street; Petition No.
30-P-93; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a
major delegation request by Lennar Homes, Inc., to extend the
interior lot lines to the exterior property lines for the
Lombardy Replat located on the northwest corner of Nob Hill.
Road and Northwest 80 Street.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
