CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-JL�
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R88-272, TO INCLUDE THE
POSITION OF COMPTROLLER WITHIN THE EXECUTIVIrJMANAGERIAL
SALARY AND BENEFIT PLAN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City's Finance Department was reorganized and the new position of
Comptroller was created effective June 1, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the position of Comptroller is an executive/managerial position; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. R88-272 needs to be amended to reflect the inclusion of
Comptroller as an executive/managerial employee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as j
being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: Resolution No. R88-272 is amended to include the position of
Comptroller as an executive/managerial employee effective June 1, 1993.
,5E.CIION 3: All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is held)
by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or applice
it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage
adoption.
