CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93- Ik�5
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR THE
KINGS POINT RECREATION COMPLEX; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and NCNB, as
Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.16583 in the
amount of $7,542.50 posted for the water distribution system
improvements for the Kings Point Recreation Complex; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1c That Letter of Credit No. 16583 posted by Lennar
Homes, Inc., as Principal, and NCNB, as Surety, in the amount of
$7,542.50 posted for the water distribution system improvements
for the Kings Point Recreation Complex, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
