CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93- J(p
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY IMBURGIA
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC., FOR THE WATERS
EDGE PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Imburgia Construction Services, Inc., as
Principal, with Regency Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed
with the City performance Bond No.FL SB 1437 in the amount of
$258,000.00 to guarantee public improvements at
the Waters Edge project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $48,431.43.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Bond No. FL SB 1437 posted by
Imburgia Construction Services, Inc., as Principal, with
Regency Insurance Company, as Surety, in the amount of
$258,000.00 posted for public improvements at the Waters Edge
project, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $48,431.43.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
