CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A DELEGATION REQUEST FOR LAND
SECTION 8 PLAT (UNRECORDED), LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD AND
NOS HILL ROAD TO CHANGE A NOTE ON THE FACE OF
THE PLAT FROM PARCELS "A & B" TO 827 TOWN-
HOUSES AND PARCEL "C" TO 77,000 SQUARE FEET
OF COMMERCIAL TO PARCELS "A, B & C" ARE
RESTRICTED TO 470 SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES;
PETITION NO. 2-P-93; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to amend the notation
on the face of the plat previously approved by the City
Council:
"Land Section 8 Plat (Unrecorded)"
WHEREAS, the note currently restricts Parcels "A and B"
to 827 townhouses and Parcel "C" to 77,000 square feet of
commercial and the applicant is requesting the note to read
that Parcels "A, B and C" are restricted to 470 single-family
homes; Petition No. 2-P-93; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a
delegation request by Pulte Home Corporation, to change the
notation on the plat of Land Section 8 (Unrecorded):
Parcels "A, B & C" are restricted to 470 single-family homes.
SECTION 2: Subject to approval of the land use amend-
ment for Parcel "C" from commercial to residential.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
