CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93- /a
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
INCREASING THE MONTHLY RATE FOR ALL SERVICE
REFUSE, FOR THE SINGLE-FAMILY SOLID WASTE
ERVICE; AND RROVIDIJIG AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has a contract with All Service
Refuse for collection and disposal of solid waste from single-family
residences within the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, Article 8.1 of this contract provides for certain
adjustments of the monthly rates upon notification by All Service
Refuse that Broward County's disposal fees have increased, a copy of
said notice by All Service Refuse dated September 21, 1993 attached
as Exhibit 111".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
.5ECTTON 1: That the monthly rate for providing single-family
solid waste service will be increased by $.52 per month from $9.30
to $9.82 and the cost of bags will increase by $.06 from $.63 to
$.69 effective October 1, 1993.
SECTI,N 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.

Please be advised that pursuant to article 8.1 of the agreement
between All Service Refuse and The City of Tamarac for Furnishing
id Waste Collection service, the monthly rate
Single -Family Sol
shall be adjusted effective october 1, 1993 due to a tipping fee
increase as follows:
The tipPing fee will increase from $ 63•4o/ton to $66.27/ton.
Notice of increase was sent to you under an earlier cover.
The new monthly charge will be $9.82 (Nine dollars and 82 cents).
The new price per bag will be S.69 (Sixty nine cents).
