CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A DELEGATION REQUEST FOR LAND
SECTION 6 SOUTH PLAT (UNRECORDED), LOCATED ON
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAWGRASS EXPRESS-
WAY AND MCNAB ROAD TO CHANGE A NOTE ON THE
FACE OF THE PLAT FROM 124 TOWNHOUSES AND
65,000 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL TO 163
TOWNHOUSES AND ELIMINATION OF FORTY-SEVEN
(47) FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT ALONG THE
SOUTH PROPERTY LINE (MCNAB ROAD); PETITION
NO. 4-P-93: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to amend the notation
on the face of the plat previously approved by the City
Council:
"Land Section 6 South Plat (Unrecorded)"
WHEREAS, the note currently restricts the plat to 124
townhouses and 65,000 square feet of commercial and the
applicant is requesting the note to read that the plat is
restricted to 163 townhouses and requesting the elimination
of a fourty-seven (47) foot right-of-way easement along the
south property line (McNab Road); Petition No. 4-P-93; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a
delegation request by Pulte Home Corporation, contract
purchaser, to change the notation on the plat of Land Section
6 South (Unrecorded):
The plat is restricted to 163 townhouses.
SECTION 2: That the forty-seven (47) foot right-of-way
easement along the south property line (McNab Road) is
eliminated.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
