RESOLUTION NO. R-93- 13
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT
OF 4.28-FEET INTO A 6-FOOT REAR UTILITY
° EASEMENT TO ALLOW AN EXISTING CONCRETE
SLAB AND RECONSTRUCTION OF A SCREENED
ENCLOSURE TO REMAIN AT 8221 CASSIA
TERRACE, WOODMONT (STEPHANELLI); PETITION
#14--P-93; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
�BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the encroachment of 4.28-feet into a 6-
foot rear utility easement to allow an existing concrete slab and
reconstruction of a screened enclosure to remain at 8221 Cassia
Terrace, Woodmont (Stephanelli), as described in Exhibit A
attached, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record this document in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
