CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING NINE (9)
REGULAR AND TWO (2) ALTERNATE
MEMBERS TO THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS
COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Consumer Affairs Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 2-106 of the Code,
the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as regular members
of the Consumer Affairs Committee for terms to expire June
20, 1994:
Fred Adler
Sanford Block
Meyer Chaikin
Elizabeth Joan Kennedy
Curt Rosenfeld
Burton Scholl
Murray Schwartzman
Bernie Simms
Ben Sonkin
SECTION 2: That the following persons are HEREBY
APPOINTED as alternate members of the Consumer Affairs
Committee for terms to expire June 20, 1994:
Alvin P. Gelfon
Maxine Hirshel
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
