CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93--2-15121
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
5 POSTED FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
i IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR THE
GRANVILLE PHASE I PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
Vol WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, .an Sun Bank/Miami,
as Surety, has filed with the City performance Letter of Credit
30 No. 24090 in the amount of $21,289.00 for water distribution
installation; and
is WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
32 work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
23 of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $7,871.83.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
35 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
36 SECTION 1:• That performance Letter of Credit No. 24090
posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun Bank/Miami, as
37 Surety, in the amount of $21,289.00 is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
1s receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $7,871.83.
1� SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. /0
