RESOLUTION NO. R-93 _Z�53
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY GATEWAY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
FIRE HYDRANT INSTALLATION AT GRACE BRETHREN
CHURCH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Gateway Construction Company, as Principal,
with Seaboard Surety Company, as Surety, has filed with the
City performance Bond No. 25623693 in the amount of $2,600.00
to guarantee fire hydrant installation at Grace Brethren
Church; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has been
informed that the owner has decided against hydrant
installation and has recommended release of said performance
bond. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Bond No. 25623693 posted by
Gateway Construction Company, as Principal, with Seaboard
Surety Company, as Surety, in the amount of $2,600.00 posted
for fire hydrant installation at Grace Brethren Church, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediatley upon adoption.
