CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-/57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA, APPROVING A DELEGATION REQUEST
r FOR LAND SECTION 6 NORTH PLAT, LOCATED ON
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAWGRASS
EXPRESSWAY AND SOUTHGATE BOULEVARD TO
CHANGE THE UNIT NOTE ON THE FACE OF THE
PLAT AND TO SHIFT A NON -VEHICULAR ACCESS
LINE ON THE FACE OF THE PLAT; PETITION
NO. 32-P-93; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to amend the notation
on the face of the plat previously approved the the City
Council:
"Land Section 6 North Plat"
WHEREAS, the note on the face of the "Land Section 6
North Plat" currently restricts the plat to 280 townhouses
(the City Council approved 351 on February 10, 1993), on
Parcels "A" and "B" and Parcel "C" restricted to private
recreation and open space; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested the note on the
face of the plat be restricted to 359 townhomes on Parcels
"A" and "B" and private recreation and open space on the
south 160 feet of Parcel "B" and all of Parcel "C". The
applicant is also requesting to shift a non vehicular access
line to reflect the current placement of the entrance on
Southgate Boulevard; Petition No. 32-P-93; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a
delegation request by Pulte Home Corporation, contract
purchaser, to change the notation on the plat of Land Section
6 North:
The plat is restricted to 359 townhouses on Parcels "A"
and "B" and private recreation and open space on the south
160 feet of Parcel "B" and all of Parcel "C".
That the non -vehicular access line is shifted to reflect
the current placement of the entrance on Southgate Boulevard.

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
