CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93- /l
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR WOODMONT
GREENS TRACT 67; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Woodmont Greens, J.V., as Principal, with Sun
Bank/South Florida, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. P4725 in the amount of $226,970.00 to
guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Greens Tract 67;
and:
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $56,692.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. P4725 posted by
Woodmont Greens, J.V., as Principal, with Sun Bank/South
Florida, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $226,970.00 posted
for public improvements at Woodmont Greens Tract 67, is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $56,692.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. r/
