CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
SHAWE-AGER CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR THE
BOSTON CHICKEN PROJECT IN MIDWAY PLAZA; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Shawe-Ager Construction, Inc., has filed with the
City a cash performance bond in the amount of $3,000.00 to
guarantee public improvements at Boston Chicken in Midway Plaza;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily installed in the past.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash performance Bond posted by Shawe-
Ager Construction, Inc., in the amount of $3,000.00 for public
improvements at Boston Chicken in Midway Plaza, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
