Reso. # 6590 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO. R-93- / 7 A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 276-1 FOR LAND SECTION 6 NORTH AND SOUTH (SANIBEL AND CAPTIVA) PROJECT FOR A FINAL SITE PLAN PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 10-2 THROUGH 10-29 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Counci of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised i accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of th meeting regarding the review of the application for a revise development order by the applicant for development approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated th application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and th attached Development Review Status Sheet dated June 6, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised developmen order and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the appli cation is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensiv Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject o the application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0 TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION l: That the development described on the attache Development Review Status Sheet dated June 6, 1993 is granted revised development order to proceed subject to the followin conditions: A.
