Reso. # 6604 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO. R-93- 177 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC VACATING TWO TWENTY -FOOT UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF THE LAND SECTION 6-NORTH PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 153, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; CASE #37-P-93; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of Tamarac, by the adoption of Resolution 91-93 on May 22, 1991, accepted two utility easements from Leadership Housing; and WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to vacate these leasements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA; SECTION 1: That the two twenty -foot utility easements within the interior of the Land Section 6-North Plat, as described in Exhibit "A" and as recorded in Plat Book 153, Page 20 of the public records of Broward County, Florida, Case No. 37-P-93, is HEREBY VACATED, SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption. 1� PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisZvZ day of 11 ' /A 6/ &'' Z H.
