Reso. # 6605 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO. R- 93 -- 179 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC VACATING TWO TWENTY -FOOT UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF THE LAND SECTION 6-SOUTH PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 153, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; CASE #38-P--93; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of Tamarac, by the adoption of Resolution 91-138 on July 10, 1991, accepted two utility easements from Leadership Housing; and WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to vacate these easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA; SECTION 1: That the two twenty -foot utility easements within the interior of the Land Section 6-South Plat, as described in Exhibit "A" and as recorded in Plat Book 153, Page 21 of the public records of Broward County, Florida, Case No. 38-P-93, is HEREBY VACATED.
