CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93- 1CIt
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR CURBING
AROUND THE MEDIAN IN NORTHWEST 80TH STREET,
TAMARAC: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and First Union
National Bank of Florida as Surety, has filed with the City Letter
of Credit No. 32780 in the amount of $7,636.25 posted for curbing
around the median in Northwest 80th street; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. 32780 posted by Lennar
Homes, Inc., as Principal, and First Union National Bank of
Florida, as Surety, in the amount of $7,636.25 for the curbing
around the median in Northwewst 80th street, project, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
