BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

11 SECTION 1` That the City Council hereby approves a 5-
12 foot encroachment into the 12-foot, utility easement along the
13 south property line at 7010 NW 81 Street, Tamarac, requested
14 by Carlo Bracaglia, Petition No. 43-Z--92, as described in
