A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, ESTABLISHING A
FEE FOR REVIEW OF SITE DEVELOPMENT PLANS BY THE
CITY'S OUTSIDE TRAFFIC CONSULTANT; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Code Section 10-64 (c) provides for the establishment of a fee for
the city's outside traffic consultant to recover the costs of his or hers service; and
WHEREAS, The city will allow the unused portion of the fee to be refunded back to
the applicant.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The fee for the city's traffic consultant is is one thousand dollars
($1000.00).
SECTION 2: All resolutions or part of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is
held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of
this Resolution.
SEQILON 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
