RESOLUTION NO. R--93--
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER
OF PARK -LNG REQUESTED BY PULTE HOME
CORPORATION AT PARCELS "A" THROUGH "C:"
OF THE LAND SECTION 6 NORTH PLAT
(UNRECORDED), PETITION NO., 3--Z-93; AND
PROVIDING AN EFF=VIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter_ 24 0f the Tamarac City Cade provides
that the City Council_ may grant a :limited waiver- of the off--
street parking and loading requirements whenever a hardship
would exist by adhering to strict application thereof, and
further provides that the waiver would be det:riment.al to
public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the
City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exist at:. Parcels "A" through "C" of
the Land Section 6 North Plat (unrecorded); located on the SE
corner of the Sawgrass Expressway and Southgate Boulevard and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
hearing thereon and has reconunended approval of this
application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to -take action on the
limited waiver requested in the application of Pulte Home
Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the app.licat.ion by Pulte Home
Corporation to allow the use of a parking aisle as the
priciple means of on site ci3=cu1at.iC,n at. parcels "A" through
"C" of the Land Section 6 North Plat (unrecorded) located on
the SE corner of the Sawc].r'as;s Expressway and Southgate
Boulevard is HEREBY APPROVl'D, and such limited waiver would
not be detrimental to the public safety, health and welfare
of the citizens of the City.

SECTION 2: Approved with the condition that: it is only
effective with the Council's future site plan approval
incorporating measures to Mow down traffic on internal
traffic aisles.
SECTION 3 : This Resolut.i.on shall became effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1001day of
1993.
