RESOLUTION NO. R-93 -- �
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZTNG SIGNATURES FOR
BANK ACCOUNTS AT SUN BANK/SOUTH FLORIDA,
N.A.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Sun Bank/South Florida, N.A. is hereby
directed to accept the facsimile signature of the following
officials:
H.L. Bender; Mayor
and
John P. Kelly, City Manager
for the following accounts:
ACCOUNT NUMBER
Concentration Account 0407-006549866
Accounts Payable 0407-006549877
Payroll 0407-006549888
SECTION 2: In the event the facsimile signature is not
available, the bank is hereby directed to accept any two (2)
of the following written signatures:
H.L. Bender, Mayor
or
Irving Katz, Vice Mayor
and
John P. Kelly,_City Manager
or
Dina McDermott, Assistant City Manager
SECTION 3: That copies of this Resolution be supplied
to the proper officials of Sun Bank/South Florida, N.A.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
