CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--9:3-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY SHELL OIL
COMPANY FOR SHELL OIL STATION LOCATED AT
5001 STATE ROAI) 7, TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Shell Oil. Company has filed with the City a cash
warranty bond in the amount of $500.00 posted for public
improvements for the Shell Oil Station located at 5001 State Road
7, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Enclirieering Department has recommended
release of said cash warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, :BE IT RESOLVEI] BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC', FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond posted by Shell Oil
Company in the amount of $500.00 for public improvements for the
Shell Oil Station located- at 5001 State Road 7, Tamarac, is HEREBY
RELEASED,
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption..
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisl5 day of 1993.
