CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93-- q?
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO (2) MEMBERS
TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there currently exists two vacancies on the
Code Enforcement Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to this Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Code Section 2-73 of the
Code, the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as members
of the Code Enforcement Board to fulfill the unexpired terms
of Edward Klein and Phillip Weinberger that expire June 25,
1994:
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ��pp
