CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-93- 4
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE (1) MEMBER TO
THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMMITTEE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there currently exists one vacancy on
the Consumer Affairs Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing one
member to this Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That pursuant to Code Section 2-106 of the
Code, the following person is HEREBY APPOINTED as a member of
the Consumer Affairs Committee to fulfill the unexpired term
of Marge Bograd that expires June 20, 1993:
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
