4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A DELEGATION REQUEST FOR KINGS
POINT PROFESSIONAL PLAZA TO CHANGE A NOTE ON
THE FACE OF THE PLAT FROM 11,292 SQUARE FEET
6 OF COMMERCIAL TO 13,500 SQUARE FEET OF
COMMERCIAL; CASE NO. 1.5-P-93; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, a request has been made to amend the notation
on the face of the plat previously approved by the City
Council:
"Kings Point Professional Plaza"
WHEREAS, a note currently restricts the tract to 11,292
square feet of commercial and the applicant is requesting the
note to be changed to allow 13,500 square feet of commercial.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a
delegation request by Lennar Homes, Inc., to change the
notation on the plat of Kings Point Professional Plaza to
read:
"13,500 square feet of commercial"
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
Any temporary facility made permanent will comply with the
Code at time of conversion.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ,t�
