] RESOLUTION NO. R-93-CA-7
4 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A
5 BAKERY IN WOODMONT SQUARE LOCATED AT 7128
NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE, TAMARAC; REQUESTED
BY F & F BAKE SHOP; PETITION NO. 11-2-93;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
9 granting of special exception to permit the operation of a bakery
10 in Woodmont Square located at 7128 North University Drive, Tamarac;
11 and
12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
13 thereon and has recommended approval of this application; and
14 WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
1S Petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
15 health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
18 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1� SECTION 1: That the Petition for special exception to permit
the operation of a bakery in Woodmont Square located at 71.28 North
21 University Drive, requested by F & F Bake Shop, Petition No.
22 11-Z-93, is HEREBY APPROVED.
23 SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
24 1. The applicant shall be required to pay all appropriate fees
25 associated with the special exception transfer.
6 2. The special exception is transferable administratively
7 pursuant to compliance with City Codes and submitting
e documentation; and payment of fees.
9 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
D upon adoption.
