4 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY ROCKWOOD & COMPANY FOR THE
S WESTPOINT PROJECT 16-INCH WATER MAIN
EXTENSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

7 WHEREAS, Rockwood & Company, as Principal, and First
e National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City
D Letter of Credit No. 00317402 in the amount of $27,199.88 for the
0 Westpoint 16-inch water main extension project; and
1 WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
2 release of said warranty bond.
3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
4 TAMARAC: , FLORIDA:
5 SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. 00317402 posted by
6 Rockwood & Company, as Principal, and First National Bank of
7 Chicalgo, as Surety, in the amount of $27,199.88 for the Westpoint
6 16-inch water main extension project, .is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
p immediately upon adoption..
